Yesterday bet365 live casino games announced our intention to purchase the listed Cloud provider bet365 best bookmaker Networks.
The proposed takeover developed after we received an approach from the bet365 best bookmaker board and Senior management about five months ago.
Over that time we’ve had good look at their business and I firmly believe that the incorporation of the Bulletproof business into our bet365 best bookmaker Cloud Services business unit represents a great growth opportunity for us.
There are many synergies and complementarities between our two businesses including:
- a commitment to customer service excellence
- a successful and focused private cloud for Australian corporates
- an opportunity to leverage and extend the success of the bet365 best bookmaker public cloud through bet365 best bookmaker Cloud Services’ hybrid cloud expertise
- strong technical and operational expertise at bet365 best bookmaker that would build out our existing team
We think that the offer that the bid that we have made is compelling.
By incorporating the bet365 best bookmaker business into the much larger bet365 live casino games, the smaller business can remove the distractions that we see as having constrained bet365 best bookmaker’s success of late and adversely impacted their share price.
We have concluded that bet365 best bookmaker’s success as a private company was compromised by the compliance and formal process demands they became subject to at the time of their ASX listing.
